For those members of our community who are 70 years plus chronologically, but much younger at heart.
Send an email to tickets@afrikaburn.com with a copy of your ID, and your cellphone number, and we will allocate a pensioner ticket to you, along with the instructions on how to claim it.
You may need to get a younger person to help you with this! NOTE: This ticket is not transferable.

Good afternoon,
I am wanting to know what the exact procedure is for me to follow in order to get a Pensioners ticket when a few more go on sale on 28 Feb 2025.
I have looked everywhere on the website and on Quicket and am now almost in tears out of desperation.

I am so sorry to be the bearer of bad news – we’ve unfortunately already gifted more pensioner tickets than we initially planned for the 2025 event. There are no more available.
I can only recommend that you try and purchase a 2025 Tankwa Town ticket on 28 February, or get prepared to apply earlier for 2026 (I would suggest around September this year).
