AfrikaBurn 2025: 28 April to 4 May

Die Hek (The AfrikaBurn Gate) needs your help!

On account of the new Supplier Policy (and if you haven’t heard about the changes, we seriously recommend you familiarise yourself with the policy before you do any more Burn prep), the gate is ramping up its operation and is looking for some seriously dedicated Burners to help us manage the line where the default world enters the real world.

We are looking for volunteers to help manage the supplier & main entrance. This role will be to support the Box Office & Supplier Box crew in identifying Suppliers bringing in equipment at the Burn. This is to ensure that they are registered with AfrikaBurn.

We are looking to build quite a big team, so that the workload can be spread out nicely, allowing you lots of time to both work and play.

Please get in touch if you are interested in being part of this brilliant team – due to the importance of this role being filled, this is a supported role and although not a deal breaker, we are looking for people that can arrive early and work in the week leading up to day 1 of the Burn.

Sounds like something for you, please get in touch with the Supplier and Gate Coordinators – Cara & Julia: [email protected]
