Our shared burning principles of Communal Effort, Civic Responsibility, and Each One Teach One fit into Sanctuary with ease and beauty. As burners we work together supporting each other, you don’t have to have volunteered with Sanctuary before, you’re welcome to learn alongside us in a variety of roles. The purpose of Sanctuary is to keep the community safe by providing safe spaces, education and support through the good and the more difficult times. Bring yourself, an open mind and a compassionate soul, and you will fit right in!
